|Tenancy Amendment Fee||£60||Should you require any amendments to the tenancy after moving into the property an amendment fee will be charged.|
|Tenancy Renewal Fee||£50||After the initial 6 month tenancy a fee of £50 will be charged should the tenant and landlord wish the tenancy to continue and become periodic.|
|Cheque/Payment returned fee||£25||This fee will be payable if a cheque is returned unpaid by your bank at any time.|
|Agent Letter||£25||This fee will be payable for each letter Pennaf Premier send to the tenant concerning breaches of the tenancy agreement.|
|Early Release Fee||£150||Should the tenant wish to be released from the tenancy agreement before the initial six months has expired and the landlord is in agreement then a charge of £150 will be applied to the tenant.|
|Future Landlord Reference||£15||Should a tenant request a written reference for a future landlord or via a reference checking agency then the tenant will be asked to pay a fee of £15 prior to the reference being given.|
Sales Fees – All Fees are inclusive of VAT
|EPC and floor Plan||£102||EPC and floor plan will be arranged for the property and displayed on the brochure. A copy will be available for the vendor.|
|EPC||£78||EPC only. This will be arranged for the property and displayed on the brochure. A copy will be available for the vendor.|
|Floorplan||£54||Should an EPC already be in place and a floor plan is requested by the vendor we can arrange this. It will be displayed on the brochure and a copy available for the vendor.|
|Sales Fee Option 1||£780||Payment in full to be made upfront on receipt of invoice, once sales agreement has been signed and prior to the property being marketed.
Payment is not refundable (this is the case whether the property does or does not sell)
